Practice Overview

I primarily assist clients with estate planning and estate and trust administration, focusing primarily on the preservation of wealth, minimization of transfer and income taxes, succession planning and the creation of a cohesive estate plan to ensure that clients' wishes are carried out during life and at death.  I work with both individuals and fiduciaries on a variety of discrete and long-term projects.

One of my areas of focus is advising clients with complicated situations, arising from challenging family relationships, a highly complex estate plan or a difficult estate or trust administration (or sometimes all of the above).

I consider myself very lucky to love what I do and I derive great pleasure from helping clients successfully navigate stressful planning and administration issues.
